Adult Courses
We offer short and long-term courses for adults on request.
Current Courses
Join us for our Tuesday morning adult Eikaiwa course. Sign up by the term for lots of speaking and listening practice based around everyday transactional situations while traveling abroad or having everyday conversations in English.
Previous Courses
Before opening Kobe Bilingual School, Janina taught in business, at medical centers, at university, and at private language schools and Kindergarten. As such, we can offer a wide variety of special courses to meet all your English learning needs. Previous short courses for adults at KOBILS have included:
- One year English and methods course for Japanese teachers of English.
- One term presentation skills course for doctors speaking at international conferences.
- Short contract business English writing and presentation courses for corporations.
We can offer tutorial courses, or will open group lessons
Pre-Departure, Exam, and Academic Courses for Elementary - High School Students
We offer one-on-one pre-departure courses for children of any age transferring to international schools in foreign countries or in Japan. Our courses usually focus on academic preparation and study skills. Please enquire.
PSAT
We have experiences with PSAT preparation, and have assisted in arranging and placing students in private US boarding schools and other study abroad programs.
We can also offer TOEIC, TOEFL, EIKEN and SAT preparation courses.
